What is crepi cladding?

How does the application of crepi proceed?
Applying render requires expert craftsmanship and careful preparation: the substrate is first cleaned and leveled with a reinforced leveling layer. Next, we apply a primer for optimal adhesion. The render is then applied in multiple layers with a trowel or float, depending on the desired effect. We also provide the necessary corner and stop profiles, and swelling strips for waterproofing. This guarantees a durable and smooth result.

Crepi with insulation
Render is ideal for combining with insulation panels (EPS, PIR, or mineral wool), which are attached to the facade. The insulation thickness typically ranges from 3 to 15 cm, which can significantly impact living comfort and energy bills. The insulation is neatly finished with metal profiles, and the render provides a protective and aesthetic top layer.
Maintenance and cleaning
Render facades are easy to keep clean. Mineral render must be cleaned carefully to prevent damage, while silicone render is somewhat more robust. Water-repellent treatments (water-repellent impregnating agents) extend the lifespan and reduce dirt buildup, usually lasting 5 to 8 years.
